Our basic wellness screening, for a flat fee of $75, includes blood test with blood count, lipid panel, & glucose; blood pressure check; and metabolic syndrome screening
Additional tests are $25 each:
PSA-Prostate Cancer Screen for Men
TSH- Thyroid Function Screen
Hgb A1C - Diabetes Screen
The wellness clinic visit is not meant as a substitute for a visit to a physician; it is meant as a compliment to a physician's visit. Results may be faxed to your physician upon request.
Fees
Our Wellness Program is intended for those who are either uninsured or under-insured. We do not bill insurance, nor do we provide a receipt to be submitted to insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.
