Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) & Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Testing
All services are confidential.
The Livingston County Health Department provides confidential STI testing, plus treatment as needed for clients & their partners.

- HIV rapid screening is available by request for a $20 fee.
STI testing on most Wednesdays 2:00 to 4:00pm by appointment. Results released to client only.
$25 donation suggested for STI testing services; $20 fee for HIV testing or screening.
Third-party insurance billing available upon request, Medicaid included. Treatment is provided at no charge to patient/partner.
No one denied services due to inability to pay, for most services.
