    $300.00         BOTH SEPTIC INSPECTION AND WELL INSPECTION INCLUDING WATER SAMPLE

3 COPIES OF THE INSPECTION WILL BE FURNISHED (1 TO THE BUYER, 1 TO THE SELLER AND 1 TO THE BANK).

ADDITIONAL COPIES WOULD BE $5 EACH.
