    The Livingston County Health Department offers the Certified Food Managers Course which is required prior to taking an exam to become an Illinois Certified Food Manager. In addition a Food Refresher Course is also offered that meets the continuing education requirements necessary to renew an Illinois Certified Food Managers Course every 5 years. These courses are scheduled to be offered on the following times and dates:

Food Safety Refresher Course -                    February 7, 2012 (Tuesday) 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.    August 14, 2012 (Tuesday) 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

 

Food Service Manager's Sanitation Course - March 6 - April 17 (Tuesdays) 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
