    Family Case Management is a program designed to help infants, young children and pregnant women be healthy.

 

WHO CAN GET HELP?

  • Any pregnant woman or infants who meet income guidelines

  • Any high risk pregnant women, infants and children.

 

WHAT SERVICES CAN I GET?

  • with financial assistance

  • screening infants and children for growth and development

  • with parenting skills

  • with family planning

  • with nutrition
